Cut off without explanation
I recently moved to this supplier as Plusnet were closing mobile service. Everything went smoothly until at precisely 09-35 on the first Sunday I lost all service. When I phoned through they said I had exceeded their limitations and sent 17 texts, actually only 4. The service was restored on the Monday and everything worked fine until precisely the same time the following Sunday when again was told the same story and had again sent 17 text, 4 again actually.
