Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Best customer service

It was the customer service from Peter Smith who helped me recover my phone, I think he needs recognition for his hard work to help and understand the customer, I really had bad experience with talkhome othere representative but if it wasn't for Peter I would of complain.

Good customer service from Talk Home Mobile

Tom is very patient and he explains to me clearly how to port a number in. He also made sure I understand the Port-in will discontinue the discounted plan. I have no problem with that and he helped me with the process very smoothly. At the end, Tom lets me use the discounted price for a month anyway. Very good customer service from Talk Home Mobile. I will recommend others to use them.

Dont bother, Useless cust service

5 days ive been waiting to port in my old number, spoke with staff online as theres an issue when putting pac number in (just look at reviews on here), absolutely useless, emailed complaints dept 2 days ago, NO response, Ive paid for my sim card for a month but im goin to use it up and cancel, better off sticking with my old service provider

Great staff- helpful, polite, and easy to contact

Great live chat feature on the website (when many companies don't off this anymore.) Quick reply from a really helpful assistant called Tom. They sorted out my problem within a few minutes and were super polite throughout.

Exceptional Service!

Exceptional Service! I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a Talk Home Mobile adviser who provided outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in setting up my new plan. The best part? I didn't have to wait for a new SIM card! Useless

I need to reset my password. Their system for sending a verification code is faulty, It simply doesn't work and doesn't send codes when requested. In a previous experience, a code was sent 2 days after the request. So, I used the chat for support but they couldn't help because of the weekend still, the agent asked me to log in to verify the updates. I am from the support industry, so I don't blame the agent for this silly response but the team manager who obviously can't provide professional training TalkHome is cheap but is it worth the madness?
