Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Do not go with them!!

Do not go with them!!! They’ve been taking payments for a service they haven’t been delivering. For weeks I’ve been trying to activate the sim through very complicated process, now I find out the transaction is ‘void’ because 30 days have elapsed!!! You should be absolutely ashamed taking customers money. I’m going to the small claims court to charge them interest as well.

Great customer service!

I had some issues after porting my number in, but Adam was quick to solve my issue, polite and nonjudgemental even when I didn't think to try a basic step. Made a bad day a good bit better.

Just signed up a new sim from Talk home…

Just signed up a new sim from Talk home for a trial. But in the process of ordering made a mistake in my postal address. I was worried if this will be a big task to sort out with the customer care but to my surprise. Called the customer helpline and got connect instantly to Hassaan. The guy was very polite and listened to my concern & sorted out my issue immediately on the call. I am quite impressed with the initial service and I hope they maintain their service in the similar way to retain customer loyalty and good business. Keep up the good work Hussam & Talk Home team. These guys are quick!

Quick resolution to removing automatic age restrictions from my sim. Call answered very quickly and solved in minutes by Michael by simply sharing proof of age on WhatsApp.

Problem with portin

The whole process is very confusing!!! I made the request on 17 Feb to port in my number on 19 Feb according to instruction but I can't use my old number now!!! The agent told me the port in process will only start on 19 Feb and there is no way to expedite!!!! Very confusing process. I am not sure if my old number can be kept. Very terrible service!!!!
