Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. They blocked my number because I have sent 10 messages at once. I've requested to unblocked my number and asked how many messages I can send at once. Been waiting a week with no response. Today they have blocked my number again and been advised I need to wait until Monday to unblock. I have requested a PAC CODE looking for different provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Adam was fantastic

Adam was fantastic, patient, and walked me through all the steps in order to activate my new SIM card. Being 83 and unfamiliar with technology, I really appreciate the kind service. Highly recommend TalkHome.

Terrible waited 2 weeks for a sim got in touch not received said they sent a replacement out been over a week got in touch they said i sent the wrong details i said ive the email here what i sent name address post code they came back with we have cancelled the sim you will get a refund in a week even though its there fault told them i wanted to make a complaint about the rep being rude obnoxious not heard anything i would never recommend this company terrible customer service keep well away from this shabby set up if in any doubt read the terrible reviews on here and elsewhere on the web wish i had done it before wasting my time there just chancers glad they did cancel it had a luck escape found a better company with good reviews unlike this lot
