I need to reset my password. Their system for sending a verification code is faulty, It simply doesn't work and doesn't send codes when requested. In a previous experience, a code was sent 2 days after the request. So, I used the chat for support but they couldn't help because of the weekend still, the agent asked me to log in to verify the updates. I am from the support industry, so I don't blame the agent for this silly response but the team manager who obviously can't provide professional training TalkHome is cheap but is it worth the madness?
