Wrong food

I made an order, waited the hour for delivery....rang the store then they claimed not to know anything. When pressed further they said they did not have an account so how was the money transferred and they have not processed the order.......ALI BABA answered and i placed an order with the Raj...one in the same apparently neither with an account....
Easy to use and understand even displays payment ranges including paypal and that i find really helpful.
DO NOT USE I lost £16 because they said they delivered a they didn't I ordered 2.30 they was not open tried to get refund they was not interested poor bad service next too go pizza shop tops pizza have it out with them by the way I paid with PayPal I will getting money back any no what I can do thanls
The guy at takeaway.com called up the restaurant to confirm my order and informed me there was an issue which would delay my order and asked if i wanted to change. After i had received my order he called back to ensure i had received it. This is really important to me because whenever i order directly online im never informed of any delays in service and it's quite frustrating, this makes me feel so much valued as a customer as im not some random person forking out money for a takeaway but an individual who values each purchase. Takeaway.com made me feel valued!
Easy hassle free process but the voucher code section was slightly hard to find and it could do with more takeaways on here.
I had a problem with my order being 1 hour late. Unlike hungryhouse there is no phone number which is not very good. Takeaway.com I don't personally think can compete with hungryhouse or just eat. Maybe you should do a promotion and see how that goes!!!

I used takeaway.com to order from a local takeaway. Worst experience ever wished I'd rang the takeaway myself. I found out after waiting for 2 hours takeaway.com had given the wrong address to the takeaway. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and send there customer service team a message. A week later still no reply no apology. To be fair maybe they haven't got to my complaint yet as they are no doubt dealing with the millions of other complaints they probably receive each day! I use the 2 more well know sites usually....think I'll stick with them in future!!!
Overall experience was good easy to use and will be using again.
So slow and a pain as would not accept discount code. Waste of time. Groupon code didn't work.
I use many online take away services such as Hungry House and Just Eat but I find Takeaway.com by far the best service. Navigation of the site is straight forward and the customer service is 10 out of 10.
It's easy to use. Be careful about the food you order. Only order from places you are familiar with.

Their customer service is great if there are any problems with the restaurant, but it wouldn't give me the option to pay by card with all takeaways only PayPal, then kept coming up with an error and wouldn't let the payment go through. My partner got locked out his PayPal in the end and now has ongoing problems with it. Also it doesn't have many restaurants listed, will not be using again.
I ordered 3 times using 3 different devices. A mobile, a laptop and an IPAD. Each order was failed with error 1802/Pending giving order numbers that did not resemble order numbers of those I would usually receive from takeaway.com Unfortunately the money was taken from my paypal account and not returned until 3 days after. The young girl I spoke to on my third phone call was the highlight of my experience. She was very positive and tried her best to better my experience and although she was unable to help anymore than the previous she was able to lighten the situation with her sense of humour and her personality. If it wasnt for her I would be marking a 1 star experience.
Good service, easy to use website, would deffinately recommend. Good way to order takeaway as u can filter down to what you fancy, then browse the takeaways menu.
quick way to purchase Takeaway, good that they accept PayPal, easy to order, need more reputable take away providers on website.
