It is easy to use this online service. I like that you can choose your preference of payment and delivery time. The food arrived hot at the requested time by a pleasant delivery person. Will use this ordering service again.
Website it easy to use with a good variety of restaurants to choose from. I had an issue with a voucher on my first time using the site, the customer service team resolved the problem quickly and were very friendly and gave good advice.
The process of placing an order online was easy to do. So no problems there. Unfortunately our problem was with supplier. not with takeaway.com. Anyway they must have read review left by us, and stepped in and apologised, and refunded some of money spent. even though it's not really they're problem. So I would recommend this website. But will be more careful on choosing takeaway
I've placed several orders with takeaway.com now and I can't really fault it. Easy to use and there are no additional charges added on to the order total (unlike at least one other company I've used). They actually have a price match guarantee too. The only cost is a processing fee through certain payment options (but I've seen that everywhere, including orders directly from the restaurants). It has never been an issue for me as I pay with bitcoin which is one of several options that has no fee (cash obviously has no fee either). There's a good review system that separates food quality from delivery service so you can see the good and bad points about each restaurant. Just one thing I'd like though is to see more restaurants added. There are plenty to find something I want, but other takeaway sites seem to have more (in my area anyway). So I hope takeaway.com can keep adding to that.
Would never recommend to anybody. Very bad customers service and they don't care if the customer was in trouble because of them. Answers from their customers service team where unprofessional. I would like to give 0 star.
I bought vouchers from groupon and have had great difficulty trying to use them to order food I have had one of them redeemed when I was trying to order so had to get a replacement . Not happy with this system at all
Hi i ordered ftom LFC. it was a very easy site to use and took minutes. Not onlycould i pay with PayPal but my food was delivered in record time. Would recommend with no hesitation. ThanThanks for making it easy.
We used it twice and loved it. Very easy to use,clear and.they gave us a voucher when we got overcharged by a restaurant in error.
We will definitely use it again.
One thing, it only appear that we can use 1 voucher at the time, hence when we tried to add the second voucher we ended up loosing the voucher and the order didn't go through. We lost 5 pounds.
So, good idea and it s easy to use but still needs to be perfectioned.
