We ordered a pizza that never came. After one hour I realised they'd emailed me to say they couldn't process my order because I did not provide my phone number, as if I checked my emails every 5 minutes! I always give my number when it is asked to avoid this kind of incidents. So my order wasn't sent to the restaurant but they charged me anyway!
My experience with this company was excellent. Would recommend.

NO explanation anywhere about how to use a Groupon voucher, NO phone number to call Takeaway.com Eventually they advised by email that you can only use a Groupon with a restaurant that accepts card payments........Incredibly frustrating
The website is great for when you want delivery. But the restaurants hardly ever get the order right or an item is always missing. Just be prepared to not get what you ordered at least 90% of the time.
I phoned my order through when it arrived over an hour later it was not only cold but 2 items were wrong and have to wait another hour for more cold food waste of money as didnt feel like eating at midnight so was thrown in bin never use takeaway.com, i dont even rate one star but had to

I ordered through your site, waited an hour and a quarter, called the restaurant, they said they had received no order. I placed the order directly with the restaurant. You supply no phone number so had to email you where you confirmed there had been human error on your part. I was extremely hung over and in desperate need of a curry, I was not happy having to wait a total of 2 hours!

I used Takeaway.com as I had purchased a voucher from Groupon. After trying to order from two different restaurants neither would accept my voucher so I had to pay full price for the food and delivery. It would have been much easier just to order directly from the restaurant. What a waste of time.

I bought a voucher on Groupon to use on takeaway.com, but some of the merchants only accept cash so I had to choose another one to use it and they were rubbish. Surely if you're an online company you should be able to pay online?
I find ordering food from takeaways using this website is much easier and straightforward that other perhaps more well known websites. the service is instant and there's plenty of feedback showing what has happened to the order. I know much prefer using these guys to order takeaways so i would definately say to others to 'give these people a try!!!!'.
