It was all good.

This was the first time i had use takeaway.com and it was great tnat i could use paypal, the problem was i placed my order and paid with paypal and received an email saying the order was placed and after very nearly an hour still no food, contacted the restaurant who hadn't received the order so had to email takeaway.com and wait, they did reply within about twenty minutes and were very apologetic, the food was ordered and received but that was nearly two hours after first ordering, was promised a goodwill voucher and got an email vohchef for £3.50 which i thought might have been more, all in all i think i shall continue using [external reference] which i had been using up until then.

If restaurant you want is affiliated then can come in handy.

Pizza was good, but not the garlic bread, too dry for me! Good service and in time as well, I will order there again.

Takeaway.com was very easy to use even for an old timer like me and it felt safe being able to pay with PayPal I would definitely use this site again for my home delivery. Thank you.

It was my first time using takeaway.com and so far I recomend it. Good alternative to order from your regular restaurants using PayPal.

I was treated well, with respect and the dog and I enoyed the food very much. The king prawns were amazing. I will order again though im on a low income and have spent over 150 pounds on takeaways in two weeks due to depression

Easy to order on line.They rang back to confirm. Food arrived hot at the time asked for promptly. Good size portions. Tasty Food. Will use again.

Meal good and spot on unlike other places I have tried..

Managed to order my meal without any difficulties and it arrived without any hitches. I couldn't ask for any more from your service.

Both times I've tried to use the site I've been accused of not having paid by the guys who delivered the food (two separate places), making for uncomfortable doorstep conversations. Both times TA.com have been polite and refunded part of my order, but only in a code to be used again. I doubt I'll use this latest code as it is just a bit embarrassing!

On the very first order - no delivery but money taken. Followed by apology and a £7 voucher which never worked....No reply or any communication after.

I recently ordered a takeaway via Takeaway.com for the first time. I must say that the ordering process was simple and worked first time. You really can't expect any more. A few days later I was contacted to complete a survey which as with many of us I find really irritating however I was assured the survey would take only 90 seconds. Unusually they were good to their word and I had the opportunity to comment regarding the lack of detail on the restaurants menu so it might even do some good. I will certainly order again.

I found the site a little awkward to use as far as options go to order food i was scrolling up and down long pages with some options for salad a sauce not available...however saying that the transition from ordering, paying to doorstep delivery is exellent..i do use site regular.
