Delivery only not suitable for everyone

I was looking for a restaurant delivery late night in the central business district and was fed up calling local pizzerias and restaurants. London can be a challenge if you are in the business district and being a business traveler I needed to know where i could safely order with a COD options. Needless to say my bet paid of very well even though their customer service was closed for the day. They orchestrated the order as I would have expected - Confirmed my order in 1 minute, then reconfirmed that the partner restaurant had received it and within 25 mins my Pizza was delivered fresh from Papa Johns. This speaks volumes in terms of reliability and trust worthy service. I will surely order through their service again and I recommend them for out of hours orders especially late nights.
I had to phone up my order as it was over an hour and 10 minutes late! when i then received my late order it was covered in ketchup all over our packaging (where the whole tub leaked). The food was awful, the polystyrene was melted away, jacket spud was dry. very disappointed. will not order from here again.
I can trust Takeaway.com, unlike new Takeaways you don't worry that your pay for a nice meal and it turns up late and cold or not at all. One delivery did just that and never arrived, got an apology off Takeaway.com and they made it up to me even though it wasn't their fault... Someone took responsibility for someones actions and for that I must thank and give 10/10 to Takeaway.com
The order process was great until I came to pay - neither the card payments method (which redirects you out of the tablet app into a browser window), nor the Paypal method worked, so I had to select to pay cash (which required a trip to the cash machine). Also, there was no 'ASAP' delivery option so I selected the earliest available delivery - the restaurant then phoned me to see if I actually wanted it earlier than that.
I am unable to order same item twice with out scrolling the while menu. I made a order and the curry house never got the order for 35 min. From the time my order was made to the time are food arrived was over two hours it was my husbands birthday and we was going out. No refund can be made and the food could no be eaten as we had no time to eat the food. A waste of money and service.
Very good service that makes sure customers are fully aware if there any issue with there order really pleasing a company puts there members first
It was the first time I used this service to order my take-away. I was impressed at how quickly my order was sent through and even more impressed when my order was delivered all within 15 minutes.

Great food & serveces but if your paying via PayPal then write that you have in the comments as a particular Chinese take away always asked for cash still at door & causes a scene when you show her you have paid x

Dealing with this company, I've have nothing but good things to say, great customer service! However the takeaway formally known as 'Masterchef' now as 'Snacks & Shakes', ordered from them only to get a call half hour later from takeaway.com saying sorry this takeaway place is too busy to take any orders and my order was not going to be forfilled! What's worse is I got a refund and a week later it's still on hold from PayPal so major inconvenience. After speaking to takeaway.com I realised Snacks & Shakes are actually 'Masterchef'! We used to use them all the time until they started getting things wrong and cancelling orders and I mean a lot of orders! I can't understand why they can not just employ more people? Anyway I couldn't write a review about 'Snacks & Shakes' due to them cancelling my order so thought I'd add it on here. I hope takeaway.com look into this as they could have a lot of upset hungry customers
Pleasantly suprised how delicious these pizzas were the only thing I would say is that the price is quite high in comparison to local prices.

Food cam quick and was nice
There are 2 points that made my first experience with takeaway.com disappointing. 1. I was unable to use a promo code with a 10% discount even though its recognised on the system. 2.When the driver turned up he tried to charge me 50p more than what was stated on my email receipt.He showed me his copy from their till but I told him that was the shop,s error not mine.
