Worst experience!
I used takeaway.com to order from a local takeaway. Worst experience ever wished I'd rang the takeaway myself. I found out after waiting for 2 hours takeaway.com had given the wrong address to the takeaway. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and send there customer service team a message. A week later still no reply no apology. To be fair maybe they haven't got to my complaint yet as they are no doubt dealing with the millions of other complaints they probably receive each day! I use the 2 more well know sites usually....think I'll stick with them in future!!!
