Takeaway.com customer service is very good though restaurant quality could be better. Takeaway.com does try to resolve any problems that arise

Love the fact I can get a takeaway using PayPal. Could just do with a slightly bigger choice of takeaways to use.

Very good service. Easy to use. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the layout of the site but that didn't put me off ordering. Decent communication from the site and emails were of good format and made it easy to understand what was going on with my order. Would definitely use again.

Not bad food, but good service!

Ordered twice. First time 45 mins late, food lovely but forgot 1 item, 2nd time (different place) 40mins early, food bland, added 1 item on the house! If it wasn't for the discounts I wouldn't use it, I would go collect my own at the time I need!

After I placed order was still waiting over a hour so phone take away they had only just got my order

Live 800yds from Seal kebab and pizza and have had food from them many times and always great, the only problem is the time it takes to deliver the food. Takeaway.com kept me advised by email regarding my order and will use takeaway.com again.

i ordered an Indian take away to be delivered at 8.00p.m. last Saturday & it was delivered at & 7.15 p.m.Far to early. Onion Bharji starter good but main coarse Chicken tikka Passanda very bland. Rice was fine. Free popadom & nice free salad with sauce very nice.

Having used other ordering sites we gave this one a go. It took a little getting used to. I'd like to be able to check other user reviews when I'm actually looking at the restaurant, for instance. I like that you can see the hygiene rating when you hover over the restuarants' icon when looking at what's available in your area. We had a bumpy start with our first order but customer service were prompt and very helpful even though it was a Sunday afternoon, so 10/10 for that. I look forward to more local takeaways signing up so that we can use them more!
