I enjoy useing this site and its handed to use instead of ringing ect and its been good everytime :)

This was actually the best we have tasted in a long time, delivery excellent on time food hot would order again.

The food from tiffin is lovely. I have had 2 indian takeaways from here now and is probably the best I've had in a long time. I had never heard of them before, but the food is delicious. I like the ease of ordering the food. Great site.😊

It is good but not great. The prices are a couple of pounds more if you use the website. It's better to use the company's website.

Having waited an hour with no food I called the restaurant to see how long my order would be - they had no record of it. Apparently it finally transpired that takeaway.com had put an order through with no delivery address or other details so they could not process the order, which happened to be my order and the only way they knew was to match what I told them I'd ordered with what was on the blank order. Finally nearly 1hr 45 minutes after placing my original order my food turned up, by which time it was very late and nobody felt like eating by then so the food was wasted. Won't use takeaway.com again that's for sure!

Excellent site.From being easy to find the nearest takeaways to excellent customer service,I like that you can enter your postcode, click on the type of food you are looking for (pizza,mediteranian etc) and then look on menu's.Many ways to pay which make it suitable for everyone.When they had no respose from the pizza place I had orderd from I was swiftly contacted and a refund given plus a voucher towards another pizza.Great customer service.Will definatley be using again

The only thing was they had never heard of pay pal and they wanted paying when the meal was delivered but sorted out reasonable quickly

The orders were all ok and smooth, my main issue is there is very little feedback that your order has been received and going to be on time. I know an email is sent but other sites you click a link to check if the delivery is still on time. Card payment would be nice too, but like the option of letting the takeaway know how much change to bring.

Used this app thro top cashback. Easy to use and reliable. Lists lots of local takeaways. Even used PayPal to pay. Will use again. Thanku!
