easy system to use

Love this app, great for people who hate ordering takeaways over the phone. It adds up your order as you go aswell. Fantastic!

I work nights and hard to find a takeaway for my time and I use this site a lot almost every week because it lists all the ones I want that are open and also the interactive menus are great to use. For me I just click, smoke then eat haha

Order correct, delivery quick, correct payment taken. No Problems. Would recommend.

Great fast delivery friendly staff

Me and my friends were in London for holidays and we just went for a takeaway service in order to have dinner. With Takeaway.com, we had the opportunity to browse lots of different alternatives in terms of the type of food and restaurants available, according to various options, including the price, the reviews of precedent customers as well as the price. So we ordered a chicken meal for three (Family meal option), with lots of chips as side; the food arrived in less than an hour, the payment on-line was quick and safe, and we just enjoyed our lazy night at home with the food we wanted.

Whilst in London, I used this service to order for a full lunch pack for my wife and kids in the West Midlands and was amazed that it took a short time for the delivery to be made! My wife was really very satisfied after enjoying the meal feast with the kids. I can't wait to try it again. Well recommended.

They sent me confirmation that they had received my order and would email me as soon as restaurant received it.... Quick fast response easy to find your desired food. I did receive another confirmation to confirm they received order and would need to contact the restaurant for further details. Would or shall I say I WILL definitely be useing these again thanks a lot.

I like using takeaway.com to order food because it is convenient and easy. Ordering takes literally a few seconds if you know what you want and you just don't have to think about anything else until the food arrives. Its really good to use when you just can't find time to cook. I have a young baby so that happens a lot! I like it also because I can try foods from other restaurants that I would otherwise not go to, also you get to choose healthier options and you are not tempted to pick the cheapest option like you would do at the chip shop on a busy day. I can say I only had one issue (with the restaurant not the site) which takeaway.com still gave me a resolution to. It was prompt and I like that.

AS THE TAKE AWAY I ORDERED WAS SO AWFULL I GAVE THE CHINSESE OUTLET A BAD REVUE. I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO RECEIVE A VOUCHER FOR A SMALL REFUND. THIS PROVES THEY READ THEIR FEEDBACK.
