Food was fresh, hot & very well packed. Fast delivery Only point was the tracking of the order showed that it would be delivered some 2hrs later ( it was within 30mins) but seeing that could be off putting

Efficient service

Several times I have made a late night order online for delivery. The takeawy.com website says a takeaway venue is open so I make the order, half an hour later I find out its actually closed and I've been sat around waiting for food that isn't coming. Why is the website saying a place is open and my order has been taken when it hasn't?

Food arrived hot and reasonably quickly, good service

Disappointed with the response to a complaint I made about my takeaway order through Sizzlers, Aberdeen, Basically told that it was my problem take it up with Sizzlers!! Then offered me £3.50 compensation, after waiting 2.5 hours for a meal to be delivered when I told them I had a six year old waiting for his tea whose parents were in hospital with my sick grandson, it was an insult, won't be using you again and certainly won't be recommending.

We placed our order through takeaway at 6pm, at 6.45pm we hadn't received our delivery so rang to chase and lady told me it was on its way. At 7pm I rang again to be told she had thought we were talking about another order and ours had just been finished and was due to leave. When I queried how long it had taken we were told that ordering through takeaway meant they had only received the order at approx 6.50pm! Our food arrived at approx 7.20pm although it was a long wait with two hungry kids it was great when it arrived!!

Easy webpages, only difficulty was choosing from extensive menus! All food fine (except for some nan breads which were a tad overdone). Cheerful efficient delivery. Would use again.

The takeaway didn't have a website but this allowed you to order via this site including delivery. Very useful and delivered hot.

The process which Takeaway.com allowed me to order was seemless and absolutely fine. Now, the place I ordered from was not fine - but that is not an issue with Takeaway.com and indeed they work with you when the process you go through to order your meal is less than satisfactory. Can't grumble in the slightest.

On my copy the times asked for was 19.15 on the copy you sent over for food order you put 18.15
