Easy to use and restaurant provided great food a very good all round experience

Quick, fast and no problems ordering

Nice and easy to use, and actually had a better choice of outlets in my area than other better known, and advertised, sites. Will definitely use again.

Good food and less oil

It's a nice colourful website but having to scroll all the way through to find things is very frustrating it would be so much better with drop down options.

First time user of the site last weekend. Found it as good as the other similar sites. Had an issue with the restaurant I'd ordered from & problem was resolved very quickly by Takeaway. Com customer service employee. Would happily use this again

Excellent app and efficient service.

Ordering process was easy but I am now being chased for payment by the restaurant I ordered from despite paying Takeaway.com by PayPal and have the PayPal receipt as proof. The restaurant have apparently not been paid by Takeaway.com and they want me to pay them direct and for me to try and claim a refund back via PayPal. Feel very sorry for the restaurant as a small business who are apparently having a nightmare with this company who listed them without them signing a contract with them. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to pay twice for your meal!

Was really hungry one day and thought I order from this site. They stole my money left me hungry and I am still waiting for refund (about a week now) NOTHING! No messages or anything to say whats going on. his person who commented below keeps saying this but it does not mean anything. he said this 28 hours ago, not had one email or phone call. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Perhaps a more limited range of restaurants, but really excellent customer service.

they have good resturunts on there but they dont remove the bad resturunts
