Takeaway.com is a nice little app that lets you identify, navigate to & place an order for the local cuisine/eatery of your choice from the comfort of your armchair. Easy to use, clear and concise, all in all a great little service. I've installed it on my tablet & will definitely be using it again!

Initial thoughts I used the site to avail of a Quidco offer which entailed ordering a Pizza from a local merchant. Mixed thoughts on the site - I think the site's search bar is an efficient way into seeing available options in a particular area. I would question why, then, first searches can be food outlets outside catchment area? I would also question the lack of availability of healthier options - Could you not go out on a limb teaming up with some of the new age of ready made(boxed) options we see being offered outside Richmond station every day... Orange branding I find vexatious to my soul; site could improve dramatically. Thanks. REPLY (TERI) Thanks for your reply. On reflection the offering of anything which involves human input in cooking process is an inconvenience. That could be circumvented to offer customers ready made healthier options. It's always been a intriguing debate why all delivered food has to be 'unhealthy'. Get me started about food I don't stop. Thanks - wish you all the best.

Ordered for the first time on line was a fantastic service and food was really hot will order again

I order food, food come to door, I open door , food with man, I give man money , food is mine , food is good, food is cheap, I am happy Good

First all no alot of choice on website (mostly pizzas,burger and a few Chinese restaurant.) Could do with more variety. Onto the customer service which was non existant, very unhelpful and unflexible. Over 1hour phone call discussing an order which should have being cancelled. And finally Beware of their refund policy, read the small print..... Will not using again.

Good collection of restaurants,simple to order from and service from restaurants first class.
