I booked a hotel through tablet and it was so bad we couldn’t stay. Not only did the room smell, it was shabby and dirty. Tablet did nothing about it and blocked me from writing a review even though I... See more
Great selection of hotels , curated and controlled; on occasion a real gem with a great deal ! First site I check for any town.
Booking was perfect!! I was a little nervous booking here for the first time. I wondered if the hotel would honor an online booking through this site. The price of the same room was so much less expensive than other sites and I didn't really believe I would get an upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming and we did get upgraded to a lovely mini suite. I will definitely book through Tablet again. I feel like it's a high end booking site. Loved it!
I've been using Tablet Hotels for years. Higher rated hotels tend to correlate with actually nicer places. Also, customer service for Tablet Plus has been really useful.
Tablet Hotels is a great source for finding wonderful hotels, often at especially good prices. I have used them for years and recommend them wholeheartedly!
I really like using Tablet Hotels. They have a great selection of unique boutique hotels that I find more enjoyable to stay at than the more generic chains. Tablet Plus is a great feature, as it often gets me a free drink and/or upgrade of some kind. Tablet previously had a rewards program that gave you $25 for each stay, although this is no longer the case. With this program no longer in place, its harder to justify paying for this service.
I adore Tablet Hotels, and I turn to it every single time I am traveling, whether here in the US or abroad. It isn't that I am always (or EVER) looking for the most expensive or most glamorous place in town. No. It's not about money. It's about wanting something different. Something characterful. Something unique and appealing to people who themselves are unique and interesting. And Tablet never disappoints. I also love the attention to details that matter to me: number of outlets, strength and availability of wifi, public spaces, coffee brands, bed comfort, etc. I love Tablet.
My favourite travel website in the world! I have booked hotels for years and I have never had a bad experience. Independent quality control, generally good value for money and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
Made reservation wrong date in error , would not cancel or change dates or refund error
Fantastic selection and service.
Great Service, Great Product.
When I travel (which is A LOT), I look to Tablet first for hip, boutique hotels. The hotels are always well curated and I trust all the reviews.
Tablet is wonderful! I have used Tablet to research and book hotels around the world and never been disappointed.
The best, most interesting hotels and excellent customer service.
Always use tablets first and foremost when looking for hotels. They always have great deals and a wonderful selection of hotels.
No complaints.
