Tablet is my go to resource for hotels - especially if I have never been to a city. I just used them for my first trip to Seoul and was thrilled with the Hotel Cappuccino.

I've booked hotels on two occasions with Tablet, both for European stays. The experience was pleasant and hassle-free, from start to finish. Tablet consistently offers the best value, especially for boutique and luxury hotels. Any questions are answered promptly. Should an issue arise it's quickly and cheerfully resolved. Tablet is my "go to" source for hotel selections in the U.S. and abroad.

I love the site and the selection of hotels, but the booking went wrong three times in a row now: the hotel in Rome was crappy had nothing to do with the description or the pictures, 2. the booking for the Sofitel in Chicago was not in the system when I arrived there, 3. the NWC hotel booking was interrupted before finishing... if I need a reliable booking I now check the hotels on Tablet and books them on Expedia :-(

Tablet hotels is a wonderful tool to travel around the glove. You know your stay at any of the selected hotels matches perfectly with your expectations.

Very convenient and once a hotel is booked concierge can be helpful. With Plus I feel like the level of service and the choice of hotels is very good. Not always at the cheapest price which could be addressed but overall satisfaction is very high

I'm booking since many many years hotels on Tablet Hotels. Their collection is really good. You should go for hotels that have 17.5 points or higher. I try to find hotels with a minimum of 18 points, 17 or below is not good, avoid them. They should offer the possibility to book hotels with hardwood floor, that's the only thing I'm missing. Service of their team in the US is absolutely fabulous. They are very helpful.
