Tablet Hotels Reviews

Tablet is by far the best travel site out there. Not only is the booking process awesome, but they are always there to fix any issues, no matter how big or small, that may arrive with the individual hotels.

I have been using Tablet Hotels for 4 years for both personal and corporate travel to London, Madrid, Miami, Santa Fe, New York City and more. The site started out great and has only improved with time. The curated list of hotels is terrific and always adjusting appropriately to include great names. The pricing and location sorting is easy and the reviews are extremely useful as are the photos. The best part is the service though, especially if you are a member! I had a problem booking 2 rooms yesterday and Tablet helped me to resolve everything with upgrades to both rooms at a lower price and included breakfast. The only change I would suggest is although you can sort by price, for European hotels that includes single rooms with single beds. It would be nice if you could sort to eliminate those rooms. I highly recommend Tablet Hotels!

Great customer Service and Amazing choice of best hotel worldwide

The hotels I have booked have equaled or exceeded my expectations based on the information available at the time of booking. I have not yet stayed at a hotel that I would not be willing to book again and in several cases have already done so.

Tablet Hotels is incredibly informative, and a trusted/proven provider of valued services. I travel 100+ days a year, and whenever possible -- I use Tablet Hotels knowledge based services/website, for my overnight stays with 99/100 satisfaction. If you haven't tried Tablet -- you should.

Second time staying at this property. Great location. Great value for money. Exactly as described in Tablet write-up. Also had lots of other options thru site at various price-points.

Great hotel and excellent service! the hotel is perfect, charming, nice location and great service; the pre-selection of the hotels is really helpful and the benefits always appreciated. Thanks!

An accurate curator of boutique hotels. And an ally when having trouble with an innkeeper.

I always book through Tablet Hotels. They have the best selection of hotels and when a problem arises-they take care of it beautifully! I love them!

I booked via Trustpilot for a 2 night stay in a ryokan near Hiroshima in Japan during October 2017. Their response time to any queries was excellent and the replies always helpful. That included contact right up to the time of our arrival at the ryokan, liaising with the hotel as to where and when to meet us for ferrying from the railway station to the hotel. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

We had a nice stay. The room was very large and comfortable bed. We asked for a quiet room and it was. The free breakfast was adequate with cereal and yogurt and fresh fruit and they managed my gluten and dairy free allergies as well. We had dinner at the restaurant for one night which was perfectly nice.

Great hotel good location

Excellent! As a plus member, I appreciate all the benefits

Tablet overviews are always accurate and bookings always reliable.

Excellent site, I don't use anyone else! Tablet Plus well worth it if you are a regular traveller.

I booked a hotel through tablet and really enjoyed it. I got a confirmation email of the reservation and a contact at the hotel, and the booking came with perks that the hotel didn't automatically know to give me but I just showed them the email and everything was smooth again. Really simple throughout, good service, and price seemed in line with other sites.

If you are looking for special, lovely hotels and you are tired of slogging through the major hotel and travel review websites, this is for you. Tablet narrows down the list to a great selection of really unique and interesting hotels. They are easy to deal with and they take the stress out of finding a special place to stay.

Hotels they choose are very high quality. Service is impeccable including if problems arise. They are low-key but very helpful. Regular revisions of their offerings. I’ve been using more than 5 years and travel a lot; I keep coming back to them. Reviews are honest and more reliable than sites like TripAdvisor. Overall a very good company.

We have stayed here twice and been very happy on both occasions. Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean airy rooms, nice bathrooms, good breakfast, the location by the Accademia, is great if you want to be in that part of Venice.

Tablet Hotels have consistently helped with questions and have dealt with any issues that have arisen, which are fortunately rare.
