I had to shorten our holiday due to my mother's ill health. The lady I emailed about this, (Angela?) was super helpful and very kind. I also save money by using tablet and would definitely do so again.

I recently stayed at the Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro and it was an amazing hotel with a very friendly and professional staff. The food was first rate as were the accommodations. This hotel is one of the stateliest and finest hotels I have ever stayed at. I checked several sites for pricing and booked the best rate through Tablet Hotels so when looking for 5 star hotels and resorts, you have to check out Tablet Hotels.

I've stayed in Tablet Hotels many times over the past 10 years and they've never steered me wrong.

I use several of the big hotel sites (Expedia, hotels.com etc) to book travel for work fairly regularly, I've rarely had problems but have found hotels.com to be excellent at fixing them on the two occasions I have had problems. I recently had a bad experience with tablet, terrible hotel, far below the standard of hotels they claim to 'carefully curate'. I complained to them and instead of a decent response was sent an email saying how good their review system is and inviting me to make another booking with them and get some tiny additional perk. I'm really disappointed that their customer service is so much worse than hotels.com when they claim to be offering a higher quality experience.

Tablet is an excellent site with exacting standards in regards to the hotels it lists. I've never had a bad stay in a Tablet-listed hotel.

When booking a hotel, the process was easy. However, the amount I agreed to pay was completely different from the amount charged. I was charged $25 over.

I have just returned from an amazing trip to the Amalfi Coast and Capri which was only possible through the efforts of the Tablet team. Given the short notice ( 6 weeks ) it was difficult to reserve at most hotels directly through the website particularly the good ones. The team booked great hotels with firsthand input and incredible follow up with many scheduling and other adjustments.The hotel management was fully aware of and responsive to the Tablet perks and given the Tablet Plus membership we were upgraded to suites ( from the standard booking ) and received priority treatment. I use all of the luxury sites but Tablet is a standout.

Very very disappointed! Prices jumped on the site only because I log out and get back on within 10 minutes. The explanations provided by Tablet were incredibly weak. Apparently it was due to few requests coming at the same time? I have checked with the hotel and there was no change. The lack of clarification sent by tablet thinking this would be far sufficient is an insult.

Such a brilliant website, with a fabulous selection of hotels. Easy to navigate, with great perks for members.
