I live Tablet hotel. I find the whole experience from finding a hotel to booking it a delight in itself with their app. The hotels I’ve booked have always been fantastic and a far cry from boring hotel chains. After a few successful booking I actually subscribed to Tablet Plus and found the personal details it gives made it worthwhile. I recommend Tablet whenever I can. Love it!

I have used Tablet for nearly 10 years now. love the selection and the many benefits of Tablet plus but most of all the fabulous customer service. You actually deal with a real person who normally sorts whatever it is out in a flash.

When in doubt, book through Tablet. The hotels have been screened, so no bad surprises. Inevitably with Tablet, the surprises are great ones. We have found some real gems travelling with Tablet. Renewed my membership for another year. Wouldn't want to travel without them.

Tablet has a collection of fine design hotels. their help desk is very efficient and helpful whenever needed.

Tablet have always been great to deal with. I know that I can trust the ratings of any hotel listed on their site; it's typically the first site I go to when I start researching hotels in places I will be travelling to, and it is usually the site I end up booking on.

Tablet has good hotels and I like the upgrades they offer (based on availability) for members. The website is easy to use. Properties in a particular location can be seen as a list or on a map. I had to contact Customer Service some time ago... don't remember the issue... and they were responsive and helpful. Thumbs up for Tablet.

I find Tablet to be a big help when planning my vacation. There wonderful pics of the hotels and their amenities help me make tough decisions as to what destination I altimately choose. They have also gone out of their way several times in reaching out to properties that were new and they did not have all the facts posted. One in priticular was Vina Vik a new South American hotel; I could not get in touch with them. They called the hotel and then call me back with the anwser to my question, even before I had booked the reservation. When I work with Tablet I really feel they have my back and will go out of their way to help me if my trip takes an unexpected turn.

Most of the time they are great with the process and if there are any questions they answer promptly.

Tablet Hotels is best of class... the quality of the curation of their product, regardless of market chosen, is simply unbeatable. I have been a Tablet Plus member for years, have booked nearly 100 hotels and their consistency of product and presentation is fantastic. And their Customer Service function is absolutely terrific. A wonderful travel brand.

The photos make the hotels look beautiful and luxurious while the descriptions stress the positives and portray a chic and elegant lifestyle for a price that seems very reasonable.However there is rarely an honest description of the negatives - noise, location, rooms the size of broom cupboards, bathrooms so badly designed that they are virtually unusable - and quality control seems nonexistent. Complaints about bad experiences are blown off yet the site continues to list some really bad hotels. About half of the places we booked through this site were significantly less good than site suggested and some were downright dreadful. Tablet Plus sounds good but the same “extras” are often included for the same basic price on other sites. Take home message - really good hotels are expensive and if it seems cheap it will be. Other sites for top end hotels are much better.
