It was all going so well but .....
It was all going so well- people answering the phone and good help. But wait till after 6pm on a Friday and you can not get anybody. Have emailed support, called and left a message and nobody has got back. My problem- all incoming calls cut off after about 30-40 seconds no matter which way the incoming call comes from. Not all of us have Facebook, there is no excuse for not answering support email (or even setting up a monitored out of hours number- something a phone provider could do). The service is still good, the out of hours problems have not been resolved (yet)

Outstanding customer service
I had a small issue I couldn't resolve so contacted support by email. 10 minutes later I received a call directly from the support team, and within a few minutes and a few test calls later, problem solved. You couldn't ask for better service. If you need a phone number or numbers for your business set up and running efficiently today, you won't get any better than this. A special mention to Katie on the customer services team - not only were you super-efficient, but the smile in your voice made my day. And yes, you can hear smiles :)

Excellent. We have been using SwitchboardFree for several years now and have always enjoyed a great relationship. Any problems; due to my mistake, have been solved when I phoned for support. The operators have always been very friendly. Statistics have been easy to obtain in the form I wished to see them and then download. This has been an enormous benefit.
