Very shady company

Very shady company. They have a hidden 'tickbox' that automatically stays ticked on an honourable signup that charges their clients additional, non-refundable funds. When queried, they say that you agreed to their terms, and you cannot get the money back. Terrible company, would avoid at all cost.

Don't waste your time looking for an alternative, SwitchboardFREE know exactly what they are doing, and do it very well.

I can't fault the services, dedication and customer commitment of SwitchboardFREE. The customer service has been nothing less than that of amazing from not only 1st level but also to that of a senior level. Don't waste your time trying to hunt for a similar company that provides the same services; SwitchboardFREE know exactly what they are doing for all of your VOIP/Number/Virtual Receptionist & other business needs and are totally dedicated to customer satisfaction and the services that are provided.

EXCELLENT, COULDN'T RUN MY BUSINESS WITHOUT SBF, I have used Switchboard Free for many years, does what it says and does it really well, constant innovation, reliability, value for money and friendly, effiicient Customer Services, Hannah has been my 'go-to' person for help and has never disappointed me yet, my life would be so much more difficult without this service, can't recommend it highly enough!

RIP OFF cancellation policy

The service works but they have a 35 day cancellation policy hidden in the terms which means you have to pay for two months subscription to cancellation the account. RIP OFF.

Was with switchboard free for year's they was ok till I found out that they are like the only company that will charge you for incoming calls was a great company but you wouldn't pay for incoming calls on a mobile phone so why do it on a landline VoIP phone

Good service! Cancellation policy could be improved.

A great service. The only deduction here is regarding the cancellation policy and procedure. You need to write to their support team and then you enter into a 35 days notice period, which effectively is 2-months.
