Great Product, great people
The staff at Switchboardfree could not do enough to assist, especially Toby who kept me informed of the progress of coming on board. I have had line problems with my traditional telephone line and whilst it is early days, I can see an immediate improvement. And at 1/3rd of the price!

Switchboard FREE is a combination of advanced Technologies and human relations; my business was trapped with high line rental fees and charges with BT, unsustainable for my small business. Switchboard FREE helped me achieve what I had in mind: answer my fixed line business number from anywhere on my mobile. And they are nice to deal too! Thanks Hannah & Toby

Amazing Support
I had to reach out to Customer Services because I was having an error adding a new payment card. Within seconds of sending an email Toby go back to me and explained what the error was (it was my mistake) He called me back and within seconds had me all resolved. I have been using Switchboard Free for a number of years now. Their features continue to get better and most of them are on demand, like the call answering service or call recording. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

Having just signed up for this service I wanted to ensure I was making the right choice. So I logged onto the live chat, Toby was immediate in his replies and walked me through the set up. I had then needed further support and again Toby was right there when needed and even went further and called me to help with set up. Excellent service and well recommended
