Lock you into a 3 month minimum term that’s buried away so now stuck paying for it when I don’t need the services anymore. Just out for your money, avoid.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. (1) I kept getting random calls from other people who were trying to get hold of another business - total waste of my time (2) they wouldn't give me a new number (3) their software (which you can install on your phone to take calls) randomly picks up even when you don't pick it up - so I would be having lunch and suddenly hear a voice saying "hallo, hallo" from my phone (4) they refused to cancel by subscription despite multiple email and phone calls and despite me no longer wishing to use the service Do not use these guys - you have been warned

Support has been paramount throughout the years we have been with Switchboard Free. Over this period of time we have personally been supported by Hannah W who has always exceed expectations. In 10 years we have only had a technical issue once and was contacted by swtichboard who knew before we did. If Hannah was further North, I would definitely offer her a job 😊
