Unexpected cancellation fee
Despite their claims that there's no lock in and you can cancel any time I was hit with a three month termination fee despite having tried the service for a couple of days only and finding that it didn't meet my needs. Customer service were very dismissive of the fect that the service doen't operate as described and refused to refund the money even though I cancelled withing 7 days. Avoid!

Absolutely terrible system and no way to exit rolling payment plan
Absolutely terrible system, lots of glitches and very rigid in terms of customisation options. Technical support is extremely limited and they do not have a returns or money back guarantee policy, once you sign up you are stuck into a 3 month notice period despite them alleging it does not have a contract.

Avoid like the plague - cheaper alternatives available
Used these people years ago - yet I have received an email from them today with this ββ¦ despite your attempts to avoid steeling your account or indeed your constant efforts to evade any contact our clients invoice still remains out standing and has now attracted further costs.β¦ track you down and will without further contact initiate proceedings should you choose to ignore this.β What a way to say hello! If we had a payment due they could have just picked up the phone. Instead theyβve literally resorted to this. Avoid like the plague as this is how they see fit to deal with customers.
