Easy to do business with!
SwitchboardFREE have supported us with non-profit charity pricing and are always available to help with any enquiries. We have used their service for many years now for ticket sales and other enquiries and never had a problem.

They won't disappoint! Great Service!
We have been using Switchboard Free for about 2 years now, we have had no reason to look elsewhere. Their prices are competitive and customer services are always very helpful. The soft phones have been so useful and adding different features to suit our business is very easy. They are very flexible so we can add and remove features when we need, saving money.

Switchboard Free has made my life…
Switchboard Free has made my life easier. So, I run my own small business and have an Acupuncture Clinic around the back of my house. This made taking telephone calls in my home quite troublesome. Switchboard Free makes this so much easier. I have my calls coming through to my mobile so if I'm out and about I can still take calls from potential patients. I also pay a bit extra for my own local rate number which is a bonus for patients calling me. I can set times that my phone line is open and this is brilliant because people can't call me at all times of the night (which has happened before doing things other ways). Thank you Switchboard Free for making running my business so much easier.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Telephoned to cancel as I have terminal cancer and was told I would be sent a email to reply to saying yea I wish to cancel. I did this only for another email to come saying they wanted to speak to me to discuss account. I emailed and them I don’t want to keep repeating my health as it’s distressing to then get a txt message saying your payment needs updating. I called asked to speak to a manager but none available explained for the last time my problems and why I want to cancel to be told I have to give 30days notice. Never in my life have I dealt with a company so inconsiderate. All this for a measly £12.50. KEEP WELL CLEAR

I have been using Switchboard for 3 years and I have found them system to be the best I have used on the market….Not only is it simple to set up but the call diver works exceptionally well and is seamless. There are number a of additional service available for you to take advantage of and Switchboard are constantly updating and improving the system. All of the above at a very competitive monthly fee it’s definitely value for money service….
