good experience even after many years use
I Have been using Swithboardfree for years, Its easy to use, it gives me flexibilty on how my calls are handled and being able to customise when and who can answer my telephone number and allowing custom prompts that your customer will hear when they call or giving them the option to leave a voice mail. You can dial out on your mobile via the app so it shows up as your landline for should you be out vof the office. All in all a great set up. Good value for money, promt and helpful staff should a problem arise.

Call go straight through to my mobile. Different ring tone mean I answer as Company not me. The music broadcasting police said the wanted £600 for the hold music, and threatened court action - Switchboard free resolved within a couple of hours - very good.
