The virtual number stopped working for…
The virtual number stopped working for several days but SB didn't think it was necessary to inform me of this "little" issue. NO NUMBER = NO BUSINESS! SB issued several demands for payment when luckily my bank account had insufficient funds to pay their invoice. However, they issued the demands for overdue payment before issuing the invoice! I was charged for their WhatsApp Business porting service which I could not setup no matter how many times I tried. I have used this company in the past but never again. Their standard of services have dropped through the floor for it to be considered viable option for small businesses or entrepreneurs.

Absolute joke of a company.
So a few months ago I left a 5 star review because people were offered free ear buds, so I went with it for a free gift. So here is an up to date review. I have had a problem with a voip phone for nearly 2 weeks now. 12 emails sent, numerous phone calls. The technical team are completely useless. They come out with the most ridiculous solutions, even my 11 year old daughter said that won`t work. So basically avoid this company if you have a problem it won`t get sorted. With regards to the reply below. So why if the phone which is not meant to work in a pc works in my wife's pc? Coming out with many excuses and none of them are viable.
