Katie's support was fantastic!

Katie was fantastic at assisting me with setting up. Lovely telephone manner, friendly personality and 100% professional. Assisted with my requests and no request was too big or an issue. I was extremely impressed when I had forgotten to log into the app after the initial set up, Katie tried to call me to make sure it was all working perfectly, but obviously couldn't get through. Instead of abandoning me and moving on to the next customer, she called my mobile to check I could log into the app and wasn't experiencing any issues. Her customer care was brilliant and I was really impressed, I have only just begun my journey with SwitchboardFree and I have every confidence in them due to Katie. After sales care was amazing and if I could give more stars, I would.

BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER PORTED WITHOUT CONSENT

I WILL UPDATE IF I GET A RESOLUTION We have been using this service along with their Pocket Receptionist service for our businesses for around 4 years when suddenly our number stopped working! It took us 2 months to realise what was going on because we were still being charged for that phone number! So we contacted Switch Board FREE only to be told that our number has been ported to someone else! We are in the process of trying to get this back but this involves us contacting BT and completing forms that we don’t really understand!
