Superb customer support
Quite amazing company. Their customer support is outstanding, especially from Sharon Harris, who managed to do what seemed to be the impossible. A brilliant communicator. Could not have been more helpful is solving my unusual requirement in a very friendly manner. Will update my review once everything is ported and live.

Zoe was amazing with helping our charity with our onboarding. We had been treated terrible by our previous provider Ever Reach and have advised everyone in our sector to switch to Switchboard Free. The stress of moving because we did not know who our phone numbers were provided by was minimalised with the help of Zoey I think we would have just gone back to our original provider if it wasn’t for her support. She was polite, professional and above all patient and she really listened !!! She is a serious asset to your team and you are lucky to have her.

Great company
We have been using SwitchboardFree for a number of years now and have never had any problems - new numbers allocated quickly, full user friendly dashboard to track and monitor all calls as well as call recordings. Customer service is great and communication is always prompt whenever i need to contact them. All in all a very good company should you ever need have a requirement for a service like this.
