The first time to deal with agent like that....it's the worest site that you may deal with.....very slow in answering the chat or phone and even, after, no help at all.....we were in urgente situation to change our booking day to be just a day before, the agent said they can't call the hotel as a policy!!!! While the hotel said that the agent always has to call ( make sense).....They said that they tried to call the hotel, but can't reach, while we called the hotel and it answered from the first minute.

Using Google, I landed on their site. I made a choice of Saturday as dates - but when I landed on the site - somehow it was showing me dates of Monday July 14 which I didn't notice (in my head I was booking for Saturday). After the booking - I wanted to add the event in Google calendar - only to realize that it wasn't for Saturday as I was expecting. Contacted their support and they didn't take any effort to help me change the date. I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted to change the date. They didn't even fake try it to give me a feeling that they tried on their end. I guess it was my fault to no check it before making the payment - but seriously this isn't the level of customer service that I expect. ----------------EDIT---------------- The corporate team got back to me, looked into the issue. Even though the date of the stay had passed, they contacted the hotel and got the refund issued to me. This was above and beyond what was I expecting. I'm changing my rating to 5 star for the level of efforts the corporate team did.

It was easy and at a lower price than other sites. The Super + offer did seem enticing, but I was reluctant to join as I only book a couple of hotels a year. I was also unsure if you can become a member and then cancel the same day or the next day?

complete scam! without your consent they put you on a membership program, they dont notify you that you'll be getting charged and charge your card $15 a month until you notice. SCAM!!!!!! stay away!!!!

Much better prices than all other sites.

There are too many pop ups and sms messages that interrupt while i am trying to get my directions and confirmation info to other parties. I am trying to conduct business and there is too much immediate distraction. Other than that this app is quick & the booking happens without any hidden fees and so far at the cheapest rates. I would definitely recommend that you give it a try.

Easy to maneuver. Good pricing but even w the lowest rates, the taxes seem to be more because another sites price was $3-4 more and the total Came to the same amount within $1.. lots of work to find the best deal only to be eaten w taxes and fees

It’s a scam service . I booked through them and when we reached hotel. Hotel manager said that the booking was cancelled . I have to rebook through the hotel again at a higher rate as I was with my family and kids at 1145pm . Very frustrating and there was no one to support from Super.com . Don’t use them if you want to be trouble free .
