I booked a hotel room with Super.com and bought the insurance just to be safe. I needed to cancel the reservation 10 days in advance and they refused to refund all of the base purchase or even a partial refund. They were very apologetic but insisted on them keeping all $700.
unauthorized charges. I discovered a $15 recurring charge that I didn't authorize. only way to cancel is dispute with my bank and close account, new card, change all auto pay transaactions. Super.com cost me 2 days of work. do not use. slamming is illegal but they continue.

this site is just full of crap they will bill you at 14.99 a month for a membership that is basicly worthless they dont honor their tasks they say they pay out on and when you hit the chat they will tell you you need to call yet when you call what they dont tell you is these people literally dont have their on support they hired an answering service so that there never is really a solution to any problem espically if that means they have to put money out of their pocket they will lie and say that you did something wrong to prevent you from getting said payout and the cashback thats a joke dont expect to get anything from this company except a headache

The pricing was good and the booking was legit but their customer support SUCKS. If you need anything at all, they're not going to help you. It took me several chats and phone calls for one small issue. They always promised to get back to me but never did. For that reason alone I won't use them again.
