Very scummy company faceless spineless
Very scummy company faceless spineless. Books you into hotels that are full. Then has a zero refund so you have to spend hours trying to get your money back. Went to hotel was told it was full. This company is a scam just look at the fake 5 star reviews and the real 1 star reviews. SUPER SCUMMY

Perdi mais de 4 mil reais com essa empresa. Não tem sede no Brasil, vendem "gato por lebre" ou seja, vende um quarto X inclusive escrito num voucher que nem logomarca da empresa tem e o hotel diz que foi reservado quarto Y. Tentei diversos contatos, inclusive em inglês, e eles respondem como faz aqui nas avaliações: "escrevam para o suporte"; nada adianta, até porque todos da empresa são terceirizados e trabalham online de vários países. Estou no prejuízo até hoje justamente porque a sede da empresa é em San Francisco USA. COMPARTILHEM ESSA E OUTRAS QUEIXAS porque agem de muita má fé com brasileiros. OBS: OS QUARTOS COM ACESSO A LOUNGES SÃO MAIS CAROS! SE EU PAGUEI COM ACESSO AO LOUNGE EU PAGUEI MAIS CARO! PRECISO DESENHAR SUPER. COM? SE O HOTEL APÓS MINHA COMPRA DIZ QUE EU VOU FICAR EM QUARTO COMUM ALGUEM TEM QUE DEVOLVER DINHEIRO DO QUARTO MAIS CARO!
