It was the worst service I experience d so far in online booking. I didn't even think they are a serious business. The have no comment to their customers what so ever. I just wanted to modify my hotel booking but was denied by their customer service right off the get go . Very disappointed. Will never use the site ever again

Easy and quick

I purchased through super.com tonight at the Holiday Inn in Wheat Ridge Colorado back in May 2025. After I purchased or hit submit, I sat there for a few minutes and thought maybe I should call the hotel. I called the Holiday Inn gave them my name and they had no reservation under my name. Mind you this was the day of the purchase. A couple of hours later after I had decided to cancel. I received a text that it could take up to 3 days for my reservation to be confirmed. I also purchased their travel insurance which is nothing but a scam unless you can provide documentation for a list of reasons to cancel. So pretty much what happened was I could not get a refund their insurance is crap because they don't stand by it and I did not get a refund and I was very hesitant to travel to a major city without a hotel reservation being confirmed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They offered me a refund due to hotel not letting me check in, was given credits so I could get new accommodation asap, thought you guys are awesome. Till i realised none of the hotels on the site even take credits. I asked which hotels did, no one new. Put through to my 5th department and a week later, suddenly the reason is because I broke terms and conditions and they'd wiped my credits. I asked why, said I mustn't have done my survey or game right, again explained it was a refund. Now with no refund, no credits and onto the 6th department. They're thieves, don't take credits. Soon as I wouldn't let go the fact there are no hotels on there site that take there credits and there staff can't answer anything then take it to shit you up. We it didn't, state clear, run a mile
