Wrong dates even after using Google
Using Google, I landed on their site. I made a choice of Saturday as dates - but when I landed on the site - somehow it was showing me dates of Monday July 14 which I didn't notice (in my head I was booking for Saturday). After the booking - I wanted to add the event in Google calendar - only to realize that it wasn't for Saturday as I was expecting. Contacted their support and they didn't take any effort to help me change the date. I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted to change the date. They didn't even fake try it to give me a feeling that they tried on their end. I guess it was my fault to no check it before making the payment - but seriously this isn't the level of customer service that I expect. ----------------EDIT---------------- The corporate team got back to me, looked into the issue. Even though the date of the stay had passed, they contacted the hotel and got the refund issued to me. This was above and beyond what was I expecting. I'm changing my rating to 5 star for the level of efforts the corporate team did.
