A hotel reservation site that has SUPER fine print allowing them to continue charging you a membership fee. The fee is not mentioned except in the extremely fine print. Fortunately, I monitor ALL transactions on a DAILY basis and caught it immediately and called to CANCEL the membership.
I made a hotel reservation through Super.com, weeks in advance. Super charged my card that day and then charged another $15 a few days later (no explanation). I received multiple texts from Super, as recently as the day before my stay, that everything was "good to go". At the hotel, I found the reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because Super had not provided the payment. The hotel was full. I had to arrange a stay at another hotel and pay separately. I contacted Super and they wanted me to obtain a detailed statement from the hotel, on hotel letterhead, about the transaction. After much discussion, Super agreed to have their agent "check into it further". A canceled reservation, they kept the money, and terrible customer service. Beware of using Super.com
They make your booking perfectly but after few days they charge you $15 US Dollars for a membership that you never signed in. It’s a scam company. My bank blocked the transaction instantly as they already know the scammers around. Watch out!!

Scam Fraudulent company . I stayed for 1 night somewhere and they signed me up for recurring charge of $15. After 5 months of charges I just noticed this. Chargeback issued. Do not use this site. Most people have reported the same issue. Trying to save a few dollars with fraudulent company does not pay off. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I'm one of those weird people who actually read through terms and conditions and click the little information icon. Not once did I see that they would be signing me up for an account that costs $30 a month. Then the process for cancellation is a pain, it's hidden behind several menu's, they make the cancel button the least visible, try to prey in your fear of missing out by making you check a bunch of boxes on all the "deals" you're losing, then make you verify with your phone number again. I'm not going to be surprised if my information is now going to be sold to a dats broker. Avoid this website at all costs

Booked a hotel with super.com they had what i thought was a. Decent price. They say they offer discounted hotel rooms. When i checked in to the hotel. They gave me my receipt and while I paid 145.00 for one night with super.com. If i would have booked with the hotel itself i would have only paid 113, i thought maybe that wss what super.com had paid them. But the desk clerk said that wad their going rate. This makes me think that i just paid super.com a premium for booking the room for me.

After booking hotel in destin fla, arrived hotel had no rooms available, general manager who was so helpful, said super.com called twice, to verify booking and was told there was no rooms and to call me to let me know, but they did not , general manager @ hotel tried to get super.com to book me @ a competitor hotel but they refused to, after being on the phone a total of more than 4 hours with different rep and manager @ super.com, still no solution, had to find another hotel in a city were all hotel were pretty much booked , super.com didn't have any human side to understanding that my family and I was stranded 3 states away from home with no were to go, as this is going on 3 more people arrived at same hotels with same issue. Super.com is terrible!! Add to review after reading reply, super.com didn't work hard to find me a solution and no detail sent by email as now , the hotel manger and I asked them to book me another hotel , they stated that they don't have the capability to book from there end i had to book on app myself in which made me pay twice for vacation

Booked a villa for a great price for 3 nights . Was getting in at 9pm, but they didn’t have my reservation! After waiting on hold for 20 minutes and 45 minutes after that, the hotel wouldn’t honor the reservation confirmed by super.com. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!
