If I could put a lower score I would
If I could put a lower score I would. We booked a hotel through the site but did not agree to sign up to join. They continue to charge us $15 monthly, and we have tried to have them and the credit card company cancel it. DO NOT USE THEM! Update: The account-that we NEVER- signed up for, we were able to find, was cancelled on-line, on July 3, yet they still charged our card again! We will see what next month’s bill holds….

Had a little trouble navigating the web…
Had a little trouble navigating the web site. Prefer not to have all these extra stuff and offers pop up. It is distracting and frustrating to me. Just Let me book the room. Also after you gave me a confirmation number there was no messsge that I would receive a text or email confirming everything. At least I didn’t see one. So I truly thought I was scammed. Finally received a confirmation. Relief set in!

Es una porquería vengo al hote y resulta que me quieren dar habitación de fumar por qué según a si lo quise yo ,nunca pedí eso revise mi factura y no dise nada de eso, el encargado se aferró a que si y me cobró 10 dólares por cambiarme a un cuarto de no fumar ,es un robo ,estoy inconforme y no volveré a pedir hotel por esta pagina
