Unethical, unreliable, fraudulent THIEVES
I booked a room with this website and when arriving at the hotel they said they were fully booked and had no idea about the reservation. They said it wasn’t anything to do on their end so I had to refer back to the website. Then when I finally got contact with support they had no phone number or email, just text support. It took me ages to speak with a human. And when I finally did they referred me a phone number that was DISCONNECTED, like what kind of business are these guys running??? In the end, after hours of messing around they STOLE MY MONEY, said they couldn’t refund me, there was nothing they could do but credit me for another room. But by that time, I had already had to book another room via another website because of the hours it took for me just to get a hold of a support person. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS WEBSITE.
