Super didn't pay the hotel.
I made a hotel reservation through Super.com, weeks in advance. Super charged my card that day and then charged another $15 a few days later (no explanation). I received multiple texts from Super, as recently as the day before my stay, that everything was "good to go". At the hotel, I found the reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because Super had not provided the payment. The hotel was full. I had to arrange a stay at another hotel and pay separately. I contacted Super and they wanted me to obtain a detailed statement from the hotel, on hotel letterhead, about the transaction. After much discussion, Super agreed to have their agent "check into it further". A canceled reservation, they kept the money, and terrible customer service. Beware of using Super.com
