I was booked a 3 room, last 12/07-13/07 at Gran Canaria in Folkestone to enjoy the weekend,last minute booking, when I arrived at the hotel, was overbooked and they told me the booking was cancelled..I did a booking with a refund, I tried contacting them for get my refund, they closed 2 times my request because the hotel cancel the booking they said I need talking with the support I did, I sent a lot email , tried the chat after a while a get one answer to apply with a refund link , I did reply saying I already did… until today I waited for the answer…Never more I will booking with them again… Terrible customer support!

This site was easy to use. It does say that it can take up to 4-6 days for our reservation to show up on the hotels site, which is a bit concerning if the hotel books up between now and then.

Leider eine ausgesprochen negative Erfahrung. Ich habe eine Übernachtung in einem internationalen Hotel in den VAE gebucht und bezahlt und keine Bestätigung erhalten. Das Hotel erwartet den Voucher, doch Super.com antwortet auf keine der zahlreichen Mails und Bitten. So darf man nicht arbeiten

Absolute scammers, who deserve no stars. Upon checking my credit card statement I found I had not only been charged an international transaction fee, which was not stated at the time of purchase (it said the Australian dollar amount) but also that I’ve been charged $25 within my free week trial. Contacted “support” to advise of the issue but their online chat person was rude and unhelpful. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

You have better prices than other booking sites, and your policies are much more respectful too.

So far I've gotten better rates than anyone else would have given 5 stars but I tried to use my cash back but every time it tells me I don't have any
