Online Check in fand ich gut sowie fie Sitzplatz Reservierung. Leider gab es Verspätung beim Hin und Rückflug.
Wir sind schon öfter mit Sun Express geflogen und waren jedesmal zufrieden...immer gerne wieder 👍
Start with the good flight on time, decent comfort and leg room for a budget flight cabin crew very professional Bad paid for the priority, baggage ticket machine wasn’t working ( tbf Manchester airports fault I’d have thought) but instead of sorting us out first at the other check in pushed us aside to wait, said we were garanteeted to get our bags off the reclaim first didn’t even priority tag one bag and tag was missing off the other when we eventually got them about last off the belt! It’s a shame because would have been a 5* review if we had got the extra we paid for. Saying that overall wouldn’t stop me booking with them again just wouldn’t pay the extra

Diese App ist eine Zumutung!!! Online Check in beim letzten Flug noch beim aktuellen Hin- Rückflug möglich. Weder über die App noch über den Link des Reiseveranstalters. Musste beim Hinflug 10€/pro Person am Schalter zahlen obwohl ich keine andere Chance hatte uns einzuchecken! Ich bin Vielflieger aber sowas ist mir noch nie untergekommen. Das allerletzte Mal das ich mit dieser Airline fliege
They advertise cheap flights but charge outrageous amounts for even basic luggage. Total bait-and-switch. Asked a simple question about baggage weight and got snapped at by the employee. bad professionalism.
Maalesef hiç memnun değilim. Annem 75 babam 85 yaşında. Online aldım bileti online alırken yaşlılar için tekerlekli sandalye hizmeti yoktu online sitede. Bende ilk defa uçtuğum için maalesef havalimanında olduğunu tahmin ettim. Ve havalimanına gittiğimde telefonla olduğunu ve her uçağın 8 adet tekerlekli sandalye hizmeti olduğunu söyledi. Maalesef yürüyemeyen annem ve babamı çok büyük zorluklarla taşıdım uçağa. Gerçekten şok oldum sabah saat 4 uçağıydı:((

So ein Betrug mit dem online check in!! Ich war sofort über die Mobil App von Sunexpress online um uns Plätze auszusuchen als Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind)! Das System hat ständig error angezeigt und hat uns als Familie auseinander an verschiedene Plätze gesetzt! Ich konnte nichts auswählen nichts Rückgängig machen in der Hotline konnte mir auch niemand weiterhelfen!! Was ist das für eine schlechte Serviceleistung von Sunexpress!!!! NIE WIEDER LIEBER ZAHLE ICH 400€ mehr und fliege mit einer besseren Airline!
Çünkü servis sıfır hostesler satış zamanında göre biliyorduk onun harici perdeleri çekmişlerdi insanları bile tuvalete bile bırakmıyorlardı arka tuvalelere yönlendiriyorlardı gecenin geç saatlerinde yatan insanlar var ve uçak dolmuşa dönmüştü insanlar bağıra çağıra konuşuyorlardı koridorda durarak arkadaşlarıyla konuşuyor bağırıyorlar insanları rahatsız ediyorlar ama uçak personeli ortada yok insanlarla oturun diyen yok sadece satış zamanında görünüyorlardı ve çok kötü bir daha SunExpress len uçarmıyım bilmem!!! Belki son alternatif olarak uçarım !! Yani anlıyacağın çok çok kötü geçti

I would not travel again with SunExpress. Terrible online check in experience. I bought and paid seats for €20, the transaction failed while the money got debited from my bank account. Then I called them and they said it would be refunded and I need to pay again. And here I am without my money. This airline is a total scam. Also we had a 1 hour delay while the whole plane was already boarded, without any reason given? I've had many flights with better flight attendants that were not slow like SunExpress.
More than an hour delayed while we are in the plane. NO cooling/aircon for that hour with zero/no explanation. In a day with 45 degrees in Antalya!!! No water given even when asking the staff politely. Worst experience ever!
Teleurstellende ervaring met SunExpress – vlucht van Izmir naar Amsterdam (25 juli 2025) Op 25 juli 2025 vloog ik met SunExpress van Izmir naar Amsterdam. Helaas was mijn ervaring zeer teleurstellend. De vlucht was oorspronkelijk gepland voor 16:00 uur, maar de vertrektijd werd tot drie keer toe gewijzigd. Uiteindelijk vertrokken we pas veel later. Dit veroorzaakte veel verwarring en stress op de luchthaven. Er werd geen enkele uitleg gegeven en ook geen excuses aangeboden door de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Aan boord was het erg koud, en er werden geen dekens of andere voorzieningen aangeboden. Als oplossing werd thee aangeboden, maar tot mijn verbazing kreeg slechts een deel van de passagiers deze gratis. Ik moest ervoor betalen, terwijl anderen het kosteloos kregen. Dit voelde willekeurig en oneerlijk aan – zeker omdat iedereen in dezelfde situatie zat. Bovendien was mijn stoel kapot: het handvat zat los, wat de vlucht erg oncomfortabel maakte. Wat het nog vervelender maakte, is dat ik voor deze stoel extra had betaald. Dat je moet bijbetalen voor een zitplaats die defect is, vind ik onacceptabel. Daarbovenop kwam nog eens een wachttijd van ruim acht uur vanwege de vertragingen. De combinatie van gebrekkige communicatie, slechte service en ongelijke behandeling maakte deze reis bijzonder onaangenaam. Pluspunten: De vlucht is uiteindelijk veilig verlopen Minpunten: Vlucht oorspronkelijk gepland om 16:00 uur, maar drie keer gewijzigd zonder uitleg Kapotte stoel, ondanks dat ik ervoor had betaald Erg koud aan boord, geen dekens beschikbaar Thee werd als oplossing tegen de kou aangeboden, maar slechts deels gratis Slechte communicatie en geen excuses Oneerlijke behandeling van passagiers Lange wachttijd van ruim 8 uur Conclusie: Voor mij was dit de eerste en laatste keer met SunExpress. De maatschappij moet dringend werken aan betrouwbaarheid, duidelijke communicatie en vooral eerlijke en consequente behandeling van haar passagiers.
El bagajlari için ödeme yaptim , sonra 1-2 kilo fazla çıktı ve o paranin 2 katini daha aldınız , Københavndan Antalya’ya giderken sorun çıkmadı ama uçak 1 saat gecikmeli gitti ve check inde yaptığım halde 5 Euro ödemek zorunda kaldım, el bagajının biri 1-2 kilo fazla çıktı diye uçaga girmeden 80 Euro istediniz, ,uçağı az kalsın kaçıriyordum , benim 80 Euro’mla zengin oldunuzmu çok merak ediyorum?? Antalya dan Københavna 26/7 saat 21:25 kalkması gerekirken saat 22:45 uçak ancak kalkabildi , insanlar sıcaktan bunadı resmen , uçakta çocuklar ve yaşlılar vardi herkes aldığı paraya bakiyor , kimsenin kimseyi düşündüğü yok , biraz müşteri memnuniyeti lütfen Et firma, der snyder folk. Jeg betalte for håndbagage, men den var 1-2 kilo for meget, og de opkrævede det dobbelte. Mit fly fra København til Antalya var fint, men flyet var forsinket med en time, og jeg måtte betale 5 euro, selvom jeg havde checket ind. De opkrævede 80 euro, før jeg overhovedet var kommet ombord på flyet, fordi en af mine håndbagagestykker var 1-2 kilo for meget. Jeg missede næsten mit fly. Jeg er virkelig nysgerrig, er l blev rig på mine 80 euro? Flyet fra Antalya til København skulle have afgået den 26/7 kl. 21:25, men det lettede først kl. 22:45. Folk var fuldstændig udmattede af varmen. Der var børn og ældre mennesker på flyet, og firmana er kun interesseret i at tjene penge, og det er ligeglad med kundetilfredshed. Lidt kundetilfredshed, tak.
My experience flying with SunExpress was great, on time very polite crew . We’ve flown from Stansted to Dalaman , ordered breakfast platter for 3 of us it was huge we couldn’t finish it. It’s been announced about nut allergy on this flight , but our food served with one walnut in it it was amusing . I can’t fault it any way shape or form , new aircraft seem less flight and fabulous crew.

Check in and Boarding in Antalya is always a complete Mess. They changed Gates at the last Minute and made us Walk through the whole Airport with no Information before. Flight was good though.
