Argumentative representatives and no help when something goes wrong
Stubhub's site is easy enough to use, but if you need customer service, good luck. I received tickets today for a game in two days. The tickets don't match the original posting. It has a similar section number, but I paid for club seats and these were an entirely different levels of tickets. The issue is that the seat map showed the tickets in the wrong section. I called the number, which connects you with an off-shore call center. The representative started off ready to say "no," and it went downhill from there. I asked to have my request escalated, and be argued with me for 10 minutes about how that wasn't necessary before hanging up on me. I tried the chat function and again the representative was just as argumentative. He kept asking me to take screenshots of the Stubhub app, which doesn't allow screenshots. Surely I can't be the first person to hit that issue. He told me to "watch my email" before disconnecting the chat. The whole point of Stubhub is not to get ripped off by ticket scams. I got totally incorrect tickets. At least if I bought them outside the stadium, I wouldn't have to pay a fee to get ripped off.
