Hidden charges after you choose method of payment. Total amount for 2 tickets was 38euros and after I chose a method of payment by credit card changed to 73, adding fees and taxes.
Two more HORRIBLE experiences with Stubhub (as buyer and seller). 1) As buyer, their seller failed to deliver 4 club baseball tickets valued at $120 each. Stubhub's "Buyer assurance" again failed because all they did was stall until the last minute, then offer me a selection of seats they had listed for a fraction of what I paid. Had I accepted their replacement tic, they would have kept the entire $480, and given me $160 worth of nose bleed tickets! 2) As a seller (thousands of SH transactions without problem), a recent buyer scammed SH and told them that a ticket that was duly transferred to them didn't work (no further explanation). It didn't matter to SH that the buyer received new barcodes from the vendor, may have gone to the wrong lot, may be scamming, or that I've been an honorable seller. SH held back my money and assessed an additional 100% penalty (charged to my credit card on file). Stubhub doesn't honor their seller or buyer customers. Their protection plan is simply that they'll get you into the building if the tickets fail. So when you show up to a sold-out event thinking you have VIP seats, you may end up with a choice: cheap nose bleed seats or a refund and trip back home. And as a seller, they'll charge you for every mistake they make (including the numerous times their mapping system fails and sellers tickets remain hidden from view). Stubhub is completely untrustworthy.
You can see where sesting is and pricing is very clear. Ordering was easy! We had a great time. Thank you!!
The only thing was I noticed after the event that the tickets you sent me were someone else's. Wrong name on them. I hope they got mine and were able to get in.
Tickets were not available from the official museum website for the date and time that we were in the area . Thankfully, we were able to purchase tickets from StubHub without any problems.
If there was a choice for no stars I would have chosen. This company should be put out of business. They have no business selling tix to just never receive them because no longer available. I purchased football tix for Duq Pitt game today three months ago and never received only to call and find out no longer available. Absurd hope you lose all money and go out of business. You suck
The ability to see the view of seats.
I ordered tickets from their Canadian site and when the charge went through they charged me American funds. With the amount they charged I could have bought another ticket. When I called to explain they said yes they understand that and they see what happened but they refuse to give me the exchange rate back. When you purchase and the amount as The big C that means it's Canadian funds but apparently they don't see it that way. I got the total run around and people were going to call me back and then the managers were going to call me back and nobody ever did and I had to keep calling them. Check your statements people because they're ripping you off.
Great location, easy to find
Like other reviews here, I purchased seats with seat numbers, pictures of the area where I was seated on Stub Hub showed seats, but when the tickets arrived they were general admission without seats. I spoke with customer service three times and they declined responsibility for the seats advertised with seat numbers, relying on what the actual tickets, after purchase, said regarding general admission. No recourse was offered. Customer satisfaction guarantee is a false promise.
Received ticket email 2days prior to show which was good. I clicked claim on them but couldn't download to my phone so I had to rely on the claim tab at the gate which was scary due to being in Canada and my phone not working normally...but I figured it out. Probably my fault not being tech-savy but was nervous at the gate. So I thought id share...everything else was fine!! Thank You...Show was amazing!
The show was excellent. No complaints The ticket prices are a bit of an issue Ticket price was 142.00 each plus fees of $118.36 There is another charge on the individual ticket of 93.00. I really would like to know what that $93 per ticket fee or whatever it is for.

No useful instructions were provided for redeeming the parking pass. There was a bar code scanner in the app, but it didn't state where to find the bar code. There was a QR code on the parking ticket, but it was not what the scanning app was looking for. I ended up having to pay full price for the parking since the StubHub parking pass DID NOT WORK!
The tickets were a year old for incorrect show in incorrect state. I was not provided a reimbursement and had to purchase tickets at the venue for the group of people meeting at venue. How can tickets that were from a date 1 year previous for the wrong event in wrong state not be reimbursed? Total scam
The U.S. open day session is for round 2 session 7 Arthur Ashe. We got to see Novak play vs Svadja from USA r2. However , the ticket is bundled with the parking pass at Skyview garage next to Citi field. The Mets are home the entire week, and the parking pass is for 9:30-3:30 only. It’s a scam because the seller’s spot hero account was credited for the parking pass and re issued me the same times only changing it to 11:30-3:30 on the day of the US open as I was pulling up into the parking garage with my own parking pass from spot hero. You can’t resell the parking pass from stub hub if it’s purchased for the wrong parking times nobody will buy it as it is bundled with US open. And the spot hero app can’t extended the parking times as it’s the seller’s mistake when buying it. I can buy my own parking pass with the correct times for less money at spot hero, the seller was not competent when selling this ticket bundle with Arthur Ashe tickets. I spent 2-4 hours in this trying to make right. This was during my first 45-60 minutes at the start of our event and the day after too following up with stubhub escalation team
Buying the ticket was easy and telling the customers they have a clear view or not is very useful. I truly appreciated the experience and I’d use StubHub again!! Thank you!
The entire experience was great , I purchased the tickets and received the tickets showing where are seats were in about 15 or less minutes and the show was that evening. We received ftont row seats! He put on a great show and then he came up into the audience and shook hands, took pics with his fans. We were lucky enough that he can to our seats and shook hands and thanked us for coming what a perfect evening!!
Easy to obtain, and location turned out to be perfect for entering and existing a very poorly located stadium
