I worked with Enzo from the Norwood branch and was quite satisfied with his help. Whilst we weren't able to find a match for me, he was prompt in replying to my messages, proactive in contacting me about new properties coming onto the market and flexible in showing me a number of places to narrow my search. I'd recommend working with him and would be happy to work with him again when I need an agent again.

Unprofessional - AVOID
Streets Ahead Croydon provides very un-professional service. After leaving the apartment for more than 2 weeks, they do not refund my deposit nor tell me any deduction. They do not respond to emails for follow up. They do not have the courtesy to team people fairly. The property managers do not respond to issues and when they do pick up the phone, they keep passing the buck that the other person is in-charge. Please avoid them.

Great experience with Catherine who…
Great experience with Catherine who proved very helpful, particularly for a first time buyer like myself. She not only organised viewings I requested, but also took the initiative to show me other properties that met my criteria. Catherine took time to understand any concerns or hesitations I had and was not pushy at all which put me at ease as during the decision making process. Would definitely recommend her and the Estate Agents.
