Disgusting company
If possible I would give zero, this agency has no morals its an absolute disgust what they do to people. I gave a security deposit and passed reference due to some complications the landlord took longer to move out and we ended up strung along for 5 MONTHS only for them to say sorry the landlord no longer wants to rent the property to you as he is renting it to family 2 weeks prior to the agreed moving date BUT my friends called to enquiry about the same property as we thought it was odd and they very happily shared they were having an open evening 2 days later. I ended up in temporary accommodation with two children because of this situation and all the manager jumped so quickly to say was we didnt sign an agreement, we wasnt given one because we had no moving in date for 5 months but I gave a holding deposit which secures a property and all we had is a lot of BS guarantees, after all this no one picks up the phone to talk to me nor have I had any response to my email regarding making a formal complaint. Avoid this company I am not the only one having issues with Streets ahead, they really are the worst, 0 communication you have to constantly chase them, they dont care about you all they care about is their commission. Customer service is none existent!

Great Experience So Far
Catherine and Danny have been extremely helpful and flexible, during our property search. Excellent service from Danny and team in Croydon
Excellent service from Danny and the team at StreetsAhead Croydon. We had a very tight deadline to get inside the Stamp Duty relief deadline on 30/6/21. Danny and team worked individually and as a team in the Estate Agent chain to make sure we hit the deadline, with just the right balance between calm and keeping things moving at the right urgency. I’ve no doubt we could have been in trouble without this diligence, expert knowledge and consistency. Thanks!

What can I say fantastic service start to finish.. Streets Ahead have delivered on all accounts here! From the initial valuation,Taj found me a cash buyer for my property in a few days! Very knowledgeable about Derby, always responsive with his communications and has steered me through the conveyancing process. Esme was also a great help,thank you. Definitely would recommend too anyone who wants to sell their property, to use this estate agent!
