Catherine would get a 5 star review as she was excellent - she showed me properties that I really liked, she was extremely helpful and she replied quickly to emails. I had a negative experience with one of the other agents which is why I haven’t given a 5 star review.

Just terrible
As a new landlord I wanted an estate agent to manage the rental as I thought it'd be easier & less stressful... wrong! The property was not looked after, everything needed chasing up as it was not done & the final straw has been the keys going missing after the tenants moved out & nobody seeming at all bothered about resolving this / responding to emails. Avoid.

Poor service had to chase constantly…
Poor service had to chase constantly only returned calls after numerous calls and left messages to finally hear back !! Put offer on house never had the decency to come back to see if we wanted to increase offer ! Discovered unsuccessful when looked on line to show under offer , Hope never need to use don’t feel that they have the buyer or sellers interests at heart, Let’s hope they don’t have the next property we want to put a offer on !
