Highly recommend Davida & Catherine
I have had a great experience with Streets Ahead. Despite not using the company for my house purchase, Catherine and Davida were extremely professional, responsive and lovely when organising my viewing. I also met another employee of Streets Ahead on site that spoke to me and gave me lots of great advice for when purchasing my first property. The team also recommended a mortgage broker which I am using and have a great experience with. Overall, highly recommend using Streets Ahead as an agent.

Disappointing agent
Disappointing agent. Say they’ll call you back and they don’t. All they can do is ask me for my number. They still don’t call back. Even on viewings the agent was lost. Only the manager could perform. They hired a young team who are just rude and lack phone etiquette.

Great Service from George Barnes
My partner and I have been looking for the 'perfect' place for some time now! Good customer service
Good customer service from letting agents, especially George Barnes who kept me in the loop about properties and rooms that matched my requirements. In the end didn't get a room from this agency so can't comment on them from that point of view, but expect them to be top notch if George is anything to go by!

Cameron was keen, informative & appeared genuinely willing to help me find the right property to suit my needs. He was flexible & communicated in a way that was both patient & friendly. Unfortunately on this occasion I didn’t find a property through Streets Ahead but I would definitely recommend the Croydon team especially, Cameron.
