Catherine is a real rare gem!
After dealing with many Croydon based estate agencies whilst looking for a property, most of which are not proactive at all, it was a pleasure dealing with Catherine Wood at Streets Ahead. She is personable, pro-active and actively goes out of her way to find me suitable suggestions to view and always follows up. Her honesty & realism is also very valued which is hard to come by when you are dealing with agents who obviously get commission to sell. A pleasure to deal with.

Overall good, but always room for improvement.
Pleasant and friendly letting agent handled our move. In fact, found the entire team who dealt with us pleasant and rarely flustered despite our high demands. Would have liked to have completed all formalities with a few days to spare - but we appreciate things happen. Got there in the end. Overall 3 bordering on 4 out of 5.
